A Group For Modern Day Women Who Dream For Their Tribe
Many among us at this time share a similarity in the dreams that we are having. This 6 week group is founded on the premise that a dream given to one has a message for us all. There is power in sharing our dreams. Our ancestors, indigenous tribes and ancient cultures knew this and made it a priority to gather and share their nightly dreams. It was thought that an individual dreamt not only for the self but for the collective, for their tribe. By gathering and sharing their dreams they believed that together they could bring meaning to the dreams by interpreting them as a whole. This guidance brought through each night played a large role in helping their community thrive by bringing through vital information.
In many cultures it was the women in particular who were the dream seers. Who would gather in moon lodges, tents or communally to bring guidance for their tribes. This six week group, meeting once weekly, has been created for that purpose. We would like to re-establish the tradition of woman who share their valuable and often potent and prophetic dreams. We believe the information that we will gather from our dreams will bring through useful and perhaps crucial information to be applied to create both a personal and collective shift during a transitionary period on our planet.
Also included in this weekly 2 hr group/workshop will be a psycho- educational portion covering the science and mysticism of dreams.
Over the 6 weeks we will call on the spirit of what our ancestors knew and fully reclaim the knowledge of:
-symbolism and group interpretation
-prophetic and telepathic dreaming
-totem and spirit animal dream allies
-dream journeying and collective dreaming
-self healing through dream work/nightmares & trauma
-visitation with departed loved ones, guides and guardians.
Through this group we intend to:
- Assist individuals to share the information of their dreams
- Teach individuals how to make sense of the dreams they are receiving
- Accelerate the ability of the participants to channel information through the medium of dreams
- Enhance Dream Recall
- Process the information/guidance received and share tools for its application/implementation
- Discover possible dream themes and resonance within the group
- Create shifts in our lives through intentional dreaming
- Create a vibratory shift through dreaming to elevate our personal frequency and increase our ability to be conscious dream conduits.

Midsummer Night's Dream Workshop
Interpretation and beyond... This Summer 2018 Join Ingrid for an intimate, experiential, interactive and educational workshop exploring the fascinating world of night and day dreams. Participants will engage in creative exploration through stream of consciousness writing and drawing, dream interpretation and group journeying using the tools of hypnosis and altered state drumming. Ingrid will expand on the science and mystery of dreaming offering an entirely new perspective on the wisdom, guidance and spiritual growth accessible and available to everyone. Un-code the guidance and power that lies within you and awaken your dreaming self.
